Accessibility Goals

The company sets the following accessibility goals for the years 2025 and 2026:

  • Adjustment based on the reports collected following this monitoring;
  • Review of a new sample of pages by September 2026;
  • Adoption of guidelines and best practices for the creation of new content in compliance with accessibility requirements.

Verification Methodology

Manual evaluation of a representative sample of pages reflecting the various methods of publishing information on the website, namely:

Reference Standards

The evaluation was carried out using a sample-based verification methodology.

Compliance Status

Reporting Mechanism

Great Lengths Spa provides the email address digitalmanager@greatlengths.com to report cases of non-compliance and to request information and content that are excluded from the scope of the Directive.

The person responsible for handling user reports is Giosuè Rapiti.

In case of an unsatisfactory response or no response within thirty days of the notification or request, the individual may submit a report following the procedure indicated on the official AgID website.
